Want to pledge your support for a participant in the 2008 Westover Shore to Shore Relay? Any amount pledged is given a charitable tax receipt from the Westover Treatment Centre. All proceeds from the 2008 Westover Shore to Shore Relay benefit the Westover Treatment Centre (http://www.westover-fdn.org) in Thamesville, Ontario.

Electronic Pledge System
The Electronic Pledge System was created this year to simplify the way people pledge/donate funds to the event. The system, built as a part of our on-line registration program, allows for individuals to pledge funds electronically via our secure on-line system. Furthermore, doing this electronically allows people to make their pledges using their credit card and ensures that all their personal information is correct.
Electronic pledging is very simple. From the registration confirmation page link below, click on a team members name from the drop down menu and continue from there! All transactions take place in our secure on-line web environment. You will receive a tax receipt immediately via email once your order has been confirmed.

Paper Format
The traditional paper form is available on the website. (Click here to download the form.) As the participant or ‘agent', complete the form with all pertinent information and collect the funds from the person making the pledge. It is important to ensure that all personal contact information is verified as correct. All forms and cash need to be submitted to the team captain, who will then turn it over to the Marketing Director of the Shore To Shore. All receipts from paper pledges will be generated by the end of June.
We encourage you to print off a couple of copies of the form to collect as many names as possible. When you are finished collecting your pledges, please contact Sonya Slaven, Director of Marketing & Communications - sonya@shoretoshorerelay.com to coordinate pickup and processing.
